Your account with Grace Knitwear

When using this site you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, your account details and supervising access to your computer. You are responsible for all transactions undertaken using your account and password details.

Freight of goods

Garments and services purchased from Grace Knitwear are made conditional on a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title passes to the purchaser when delivered to the shipping agency.

Accuracy of product description

Grace Knitwear work to maintain accuracy and reliability as key functions of our operation. However, Grace Knitwear does not warrant that the product descriptions or any other content on this site is complete, up to date, consistent or totally accurate. Product descriptions are accurate at time of printing and placing on the web. We cannot be responsible for the accuracy of colour rendition as the variability of servers, computer programs and screens render this impossible at present.

Should you be unhappy with the item that you receive, your sole course of action is to return the item to us in unused condition for a refund or Grace Knitwear credit.

Grace Knitwear returns policy

The customer has 30 days to return unused purchases. Approved returns in Australia are eligible for Grace Knitwear store credit or a refund of the original form of payment. Should the consumer choose Grace Knitwear store credit then return shipping costs will be borne by Grace Knitwear provided Australia Post is used. The consumer must provide a legible copy of the receipt, showing the total cost to send the goods back to us, to be entitled to the refund of returned postage costs.
